Kashmir Day-by-Day Itinerary

A simple overview of the 5-day itinerary from the supplied package. Sightseeing order and timings may change according to arrival time, weather and road conditions.

Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where you will be welcomed by the local representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, begin half-day sightseeing depending on your arrival time.

Sightseeing on arrival day depends on flight timing and available time. Hotel check-in is subject to the property’s policy.

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, known as the Valley of Shepherds. The quoted distance is approximately 96 km one way, with a typical drive of around 3 hours, depending on road and traffic conditions.

After breakfast, set out for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, the Meadow of Gold, located in the scenic Sindh Valley and surrounded by mountains and alpine meadows.

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, known as the Meadow of Flowers, at approximately 2,730 metres above sea level. Enjoy scenic views along the route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg.

2. Hotel availability: Rooms are subject to availability at confirmation. If the listed hotel is unavailable, an alternative of a similar category may be offered. Rates can change if the hotel or room category changes.
3. Dynamic pricing: Rates are subject to revision until final confirmation. No rooms or services are blocked or confirmed by the supplied quotation alone.
4. Vehicle service: Transport is provided according to the itinerary on a point-to-point basis. Additional sightseeing or vehicle use outside the itinerary may cost extra.
5. Mountain roads and AC: Vehicle air-conditioning may not operate on steep, hilly roads or slopes in line with standard safety practices.
6. Snow and road closures: Heavy snowfall can lead to road closures or restrictions on routes to Gulmarg and Sonamarg. A 4x4 vehicle with snow chains may be required at extra cost and subject to availability.
7. Optional activities: Gondola rides, pony rides, sledging, local union taxis, guide services and entry fees are not included unless confirmed in writing. Prices and access may change.
8. Hotel timings: The supplied quotation states hotel check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Confirm the timings directly with the final hotel booking. Early check-in and late check-out may incur charges.
