Leh Ladakh Day-by-Day Itinerary
This itinerary follows the sequence in the supplied quotation. Travel times are approximate and may change with road, weather and local conditions.
Arrive at Leh by morning flight and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink, then rest to help your body acclimatise to the high altitude.
In the late afternoon, if you feel well and local conditions allow, take an orientation walk around the market and visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace.
Meals: Dinner. Overnight: Leh hotel.
After breakfast, drive along the Indus River on the Leh–Kargil Highway for a day of sightseeing in Sham Valley.

Return to Leh in the evening.

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La. The quotation estimates around 120 km and 4–5 hours, depending on road and weather conditions.
After arrival, check in to your camp or hotel in Hunder. Spend the evening at leisure and explore the nearby village if time and conditions permit.

After an early breakfast, check out and visit the Hunder sand dunes area. A double-humped Bactrian camel ride may be available at an additional cost.
Continue via Diskit and the Agham–Shyok route towards Durbuk and Tangtse, then reach Pangong Lake. Some road sections can be rough, so timings may vary.
Meals: Breakfast and dinner. Overnight: Camp or hotel near Pangong Lake.
Enjoy the morning views of Pangong Lake, then drive back to Leh via Changla Pass.
